Hubby catches squid and was very sceptical of this recipe. He was convinced the double fry would make the squid tough. So we tried it and it’s now our go to recipe for salt n pepper squid! Absolutely fabulous! Thanks Nagi!

All GF flour blends use different flour combinations but many of them do contain rice flour.
